The main steps of the double-layer co-extrusion process include raw material preparation, extruder debugging, extrusion molding, cooling and shaping, cutting and trimming, etc. First, according to product requirements, select suitable raw materials, and carry out batching, mixing, and baking. Then, the processed raw materials are fed into the extruder, and the plastic material is extruded through heating and pressure. Under the action of the extrusion head, two or more extruders extrude and fuse different materials together to form a double-layer structure. Next, the extruded plastic products are cooled through the cooling and shaping device to solidify and shape them. Finally, the cooled and shaped products are cut and trimmed to obtain a double-layer structure product that meets the requirements.
