Features
• Light than normal PP with matte surface effect.• Lighter than normal PP but will scratch the nozzle
• Less wrapping and easier to print.
• Tougher than normal PP but tougher after drying with a Ovon at the temperature of 50-60℃。
Recommend using a 0.6mm nozzle and at the speed of 60mm/s, because PP is a kind of flexible filament like TPU. A slower speed can make assure it won't scratch the cold end gears and cause clogging.
Dry it before using because Carbon fiber filament can absorb moisture easily.
How to print?
PP is really difficult to stick to any material printer bed surface besides itself.
Polypropylene sheet building film:YOUSU iStick film integrated Nano technology enables no warping printing and it is better than PEI film and other heating bed
