YOUSU Polypropylene carbon fiber PP-CF Filament, 1.75mm 3D Printer Filament for 3D Printing
YOUSU PP CF is a material highlydurable PP reinforced with carbon fiber, it has the advantange of YOUSU PP filament, it’s easier to printing than PP filament. It has less warpping issue. It is lighter weight than Normal PP filament. It’s not easy to break and with good layer adhesions.
YOUSU PP-cf has improved performance in all aspects compared to PP.
Application of PP-cf：
PP-cf is perfect for outdoor applications, even in hot and humid environments, and for the 3D printing of high stress industrial pieces that have to endure regular flexing while maintaining dimensional control in challenging conditions. A great example of a PP CF application would be a high performance light mechanical part that is in contact with a solvent and/or exposed to the elements.
Printing Features of Pa6/12:
PP-cf:
YOUSU PP-CF 3D FILAMENT, as a composite and abrasive filament, carbon fiber filaments will destroy your standard
brass nozzles. The carbon fibers are tougher than the brass, and will decimate it in no time at all. Therefore, for carbon fiber 3D printing, you’ll need either a hardened steel nozzle, or even a ruby-tipped nozzle. We advice use 0.6mm or bigger nozzle. Before printing, no matter it is new openned or not, we advice to dry it at the temperture of 60-80℃ about 6-8 hours to avoid moisture. Also, we advice use closed box printer which can have constant temperature control system is better.
